So blundstones naturally run a TAD bigger so I had to buy a kids size. Im a 5 in womens (US) so I downsized to 4.5 in big kids. PERFECT! I already have a very narrow foot but they also sent inserts for the boots if you need a snug fit like i do.Worth the money because Blundstones last you forever. They have always been a quality shoe!!Heads Up: when you order this shoe, you are ordering a US Size, not an Australian Size. I ordered a US Size 12 and received a Australian Size 12 (which is a US Size 13). It’s a little tricky because Amazon specifies that you will receive a US size. The inside of the boot should read a different number, but it does not. Other than a sizing issue, the shoe is beautiful. I ordered my first boots from the official website and the quality appears to be the exact same. Reordered in a smaller size.I am writing this review at least 6 months post purchase. The genuine leather is sturdy and holding up well and my 8-year-old son who is on the go all day, every day loves the ease of slipping these one to work or play, and even for dressing up. Very versatile and sturdy, and holding up well. I believe my next two sons will get use out of these durable shoes as well. The price is well worth the quality.I'm around a size 7 in sneakers, 36 in Birkenstocks, and the size 3 in the youth's size fits perfectly. I also bought an adult AU 3 to compare and they are about the same exact size. I talked to a Blundstone rep in Austraila, and also their customer service online who said the youth shoes might be a bit smaller by about 1cm, but I lined them up, sole to sole, and they seemed to be the same. The only difference is that the soles on the adult were some fancy shock absorbing technology, but for a $100 savings by buying children's size, I'm okay without it!Update after one month: Even though it fit okay in the beginning, it did feel snug at times. I would take off the shoes if I was out all day with them when I could (e.g., when I'm sitting down for a moment). Now, after a month of wearing them, they fit perfectly!These are very high quality shoes. I wear a US ladies sized 5.5 and was able to get these in the big kids size for a fraction of the price as the adult ones.For now I'm giving these boots 4 stars.Im an adult female but have tiny feet so the kids size blundstones fit me.Theyre very sturdy and initially were comfortable, but after wearing them for a few hours, I got blisters on the back of my heels and sores from rubbing at the top of the shoe, below my ankle.I have been wearing them for a few and I think that theyre breaking in, but theyre still painful after several days of wear.Its not that theyre small, just there are sores. :(I wear a women's 5.5/6 and I bought this kids size 3. They fit perfectly. I wear puffy socks or regular socks and i added my own inserts. They can be a little tight with this wo socks so if you plan to wear extra thick socks go a size up. Otherwise, now that its winter I wear these daily.Thank you to the previous reviewer who wears a 5 1/2 US for giving me a heads up on the fit of these boots. I just got mine and love them. They are comfortable right out of the box and the fit is great. My first Blundstones, but I plan to purchase another pair in black.I normally wear a ladies size 6 - 6.5 depending on the shoe. I took a chance and ordered these Blunnies in size 3 Aus/4 American, hoping they would not be too small. They were a bit snug when I first tied them on, thinking maybe I had needed another half size, however, I stuck it out for a day or two and they stretched out. They now fit perfect. I love them and my other shoes sit on the shelf, seriously neglected. If you have small feet, order the kids and save your self some dough.I am an adult woman and I figured that the best option for me since the smallest size these boots run in in adult sizes is a six to purchase the kids boots. Mine are slightly too small, I have size five feet and I ordered a size 4 big kids so I would probably size up if you’re like me and a size 5 adult shoe! The boots themselves are amazing and wonderful quality- built to last and look great with a little bit of wear!Purchased these in a 3 AUS / 4 US and they fit my women’s size 6 feet perfectly. Feel snug at the top around ankle but everything I’m reading says that’s normal and will mold over time! Very impressed with price (purchasing kid’s over women’s) and they arrived at my door 24 HOURS after purchase with standard shipping...wow!!!I normally take a size 6 and after reading the reviews I took a chance. They are a little tight but I am breaking them in. A 3 1/2 would of been perfect. BUT I LOVE THE BOOTS.!! I wanted a pair for months. Do not regret it.I wanted Blundstones because i heard great things so far they are holding up to all the talk! I take a woman's size 6 6 1/2 and the big kids size 4-4.5 fit me great! They are a little snug at first but that is to be expected with these boots. Highly recommend if you want the boot but don't want to pay the price of an adult one!! Lets see how they hold up in the coming years!
